Dr. Zak Taylor has been serving the Mayfield and Murray communities for many years. He began his career in 2014 by opening his first practice, Mayfield Family Dentistry, which quickly became a trusted name in the area. In 2018, Dr. Taylor expanded his practice by purchasing the office of Dr. Steven Farmer in Murray, which has since been rebranded as Elevation Dentistry.
