After 10 years of working as a cosmetologist, Shellie decided to pursue a career as a dental assistant in 1994, working at CFD, then known as Shields Family Dentistry. Shellie is very proud to have recently celebrated 30 yrs of employment here! Shellie now holds the title of CFD Health Advocate. As a Health Advocate, she curates treatment plans for our patients. In cases where completing treatment seems out of reach, Shellie does her best to find a way to make it happen, always keeping the patient’s best interests in mind. Shellie enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years, her kids, and grandkids. She also enjoys time by the pool and short vacations.
