Justin B. Clemow DMD, MD, FACS grew up in Connecticut and moved to Ohio after residency in 2013. He has been with North Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 2017 and loves working in this area because of the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful people. When he is not here in the office, Dr. Clemow is an active staff surgeon and division director of OMFS at Metrohealth Medical Center, and he is a clinical assistant professor for the Case Western Reserve OMFS residency. His main focus in the office is wisdom tooth extraction, complex bone grafting, dental implants, and IV sedation. In the hospital he provides expertise in obstructive sleep apnea surgery, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery, and corrective jaw surgery. Dr. Clemow lectures locally and nationally on topics including sleep apnea surgery, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma management, and facial reconstruction. Dr. Clemow’s commitment to the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery extends beyond his various clinical endeavors. He is a past president of the Ohio Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons. Currently, he is a board examiner for the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery site visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation, and an office anesthesia evaluator for the Ohio State Dental Board. Dr. Clemow’s personal interests include outdoor activities, athletics, grilling/smoking food, and spending time with his wife and two adorable children!
