Mr Ruben H. Begino, D.D.S.

Dr. Ruben H. Begino has been a practicing dentist and respected member of the California dental community for the past decade. In 1996, Dr. Begino graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine (B.S. Biology), and from the University of California, San Francisco (D.D.S.) in 2001. That same year, he was recognized with awards from both the American College of Prosthodontics and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. In 2006, Dr. Begino became the head of dentistry at Bristol Family Dental Center where he currently leads a team committed to the highest standards in patient care. His sincerity and warmth have become hallmarks of a dental practice that sets the needs of patients as an immediate priority and their overall oral health as a long-term objective. Dr. Begino’s dedication to the dental wellness of others also is illustrated in the countless hours spent away from his practice giving back to the community – locally and even internationally. He is an advocate of programs to benefit the less fortunate and has been an influential and supportive member of the oral healthcare field in Orange County and elsewhere, especially in the area of pediatric dentistry. As a fluent Spanish-speaker, he’s been affiliated with prominent initiatives such as Puente a la Salud and La Amistad to help underprivileged children have access to needed dental treatment. Among his countless efforts aimed at providing no-cost care to those without the means to care for their own dental health, Dr. Begino has traveled to Mexico, Guatemala and Belize to provide free basic dentistry to children and adults. He’s also volunteered at his high school alma mater, donated his treatment expertise to the homeless and participated in local health fairs as a dental service provider.
