Born in New Brunswick, N.J., Dr. Kasimatis received his bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with a specialty in Microbiology/Genetic Engineering from Rutgers University in 1993. He researched genetic engineering for one year at the Waksman institute in New Brunswick. Dr. Kasimatis graduated from UMDNJ – New Jersey Dental School with a DMD degree in 1997. Then he did his General Practice residency at New York Medical College and Coler-Goldwater hospital in New York. Dr. Kasimatis has practiced in New Jersey since 1998. He holds both New York and New Jersey licenses.
