Dr. Mark Looney is a Texarkana native who graduated from Texas High in 1972. Following graduation he spent two years at Texas Christian University before transferring to North Texas State University. He received his degree is Biology and Chemistry in 1976 and was accepted into the University of Texas Dental School the same year. Dr. Looney graduated with his DDS degree in 1980. In 2014 Dr. Looney founded Eagle Dental Center in Texarkana.
