Dr. Pedro Avendaño graduated with honors from the University of Chile. There he also served as a clinical instructor in fixed prosthodontics, crowns, bridges, as well as implants training for the International Team for Implantology Straumann (ITI). Prior to coming to California, he served as the director of a group of clinical practices in Santiago, Chile where he focused on Implants and Oral Rehabilitation. He is an active member of numerous dental societies in which he participates in lectures and continued education focused on Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implants. He assisted in a course on Implant Maxi at the Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. He is a member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry since 2011. Dr. Avendaño enjoys mountain skiing and spending time with his family.
