Mr Federico Foschi

Specialist in Endodontics, Professor Federico Foschi provides high-quality, evidence-based endodontic care, including complex root canal treatments, microsurgical endodontics, and regenerative procedures. He combines cutting-edge research with clinical expertise to manage infections, dental trauma, and restorative challenges. Professor Foschi is Professor of Endodontology and Head of the Endodontics Unit at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, where he leads the MSc and MClinDent postgraduate programs in Endodontology. He also serves as an Honorary Consultant at UCLH Trust, supervising patient care at the Eastman Dental Hospital. Federico graduated with honors from the University of Bologna (2002) and earned his PhD in Endodontic Microbiology at the Forsyth Institute, Harvard. His research on endodontic infections earned him the IADR Pulp Biology Award. With extensive academic experience at King’s College London and the University of Plymouth, he now directs Endodontics Specialty Training for Health Education England (HEE). A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), he has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, authored a textbook on Endodontics, and lectures globally as a Silver Member of Style Italiano Endodontics. He is listed on the GDC Specialist Register for Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Restorative Dentistry.
